WARRANTY REPAIR SERVICES All Chicago Brand measurement tools undergo quality inspections prior to shipment and are believed to be free from defects in workmanship or material.  Within one year of end-user purchase, Chicago Brand will, at its option, repair or replace products returned freight prepaid with prior Return Goods Authorization (RGA#).
